Dressing for Texas Weather

Greenwood School Winter Dress Code

As you know, here at Greenwood School, we love to play outdoors rain or shine, and even when there’s frost on the pumpkin.  The guide below will help you to get your child dressed in the proper layers based on the forecast for the day.  In Texas, weather can change minute to minute in the winter, so we want the child to be able to easily remove layers if the day grows warm or quickly add layers should a cold snap arrive midday. Just use the forecasted low temperature on the chart below to plan the outfit for the day. Please make sure your child’s name is on every item, Crayola makes colored markers now for fabric….works great on dark colors.
